Garlic & Harvest Festival

Greetings fellow garlic fans! We would like to thank the 8000 people who made the fourth annual Garlic & Harvest Festival, held on October 11th and 12th of 2008, a success. With the introduction of radio advertising this year, our attendance grew from 4600 in 2007 to 8000 in 2008. With the momentum this festival is gaining, we look forward to an even bigger crowd, with more vendors, in 2009. We would like to extend an invitation to all to join us for our fifth annual Festival, to be held October 10th and 11th 2009, at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds in Bethlehem, CT. Visit our garlic cooking demonstrations, stay for a live band performance, and learn how to grow garlic at our lectures. Shop for garlic dips, spreads, cheeses, and oils from our garlic specialty food vendors. Don't forget to stop by our produce stands for fresh garlic plus a variety of fall produce. When you're hungry, venture over to our food court. Homemade roasted garlic sausage with peppers and onions, garlic marinated steak sandwiches, garlic roast pork sandwiches, deep fried garlic, and garlic ice cream are just some of the items you'll find in our food court. Bring the kids for some fun with our rides and games! We hope you will join us for this year's festivities!
